The Mukilteo Police Foundation is governed by a group of community members with shared goals.


2024 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

MATT MARTIN

Matt Martin is the President of the Foundation and is a Mukilteo Police Department volunteer.

Matt moved to Mukilteo in 1999 and served on the YMCA board for 10 years and was the charter Vice-Chair of the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival Association. He is a member of the Mukilteo Chamber and served on the board of directors since 2000. He is currently serving his 8th term as Chairman Of The Board.

ED CLARK

Ed is a business consultant who has led research and strategy for five global companies (Bayliner, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Liberty Mutual and Microsoft). He wants to help foster a deeper, more positive relationship between the Mukilteo Police and the community at large.

Ed is an avid runner with over 50 years of 5ks to full marathons. He also enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and skiing.

KATE ROSSART

Kate Rossart brings leadership and passion for helping bridge the gap between the police force and the community. Kate is an active volunteer and was born and raised raised in Snohomish County. She has spent 20 years working in Mukilteo and is currently a local Realtor with RE/MAX Elite. In her spare time she raises two boys and enjoys camping with them, sporting events and rides in her classic Bronco.

BECKY BUNDY

Becky is a long-time resident of Mukilteo and has volunteered in various non-profits.

Becky also coaches for Washington Rush.

KANDACE BARNES

A member of the Mukilteo community for more than 14 years, Kandace is currently the President/CEO of the Mukilteo Chamber of Commerce.

She enjoys helping small businesses and non-profits with communications, marketing, fund raising, budget formation and special events.

She is also a board member of the Mukilteo Arts Foundation.
